Once you have assembled all the ingredients needed, let’s get to work.
You’ll need to prepare the oven first, meaning preheating it. While the oven is doing its thing, you’ll prepare the garlic, onions, and carrots with olive oil, and make sure to cook it until nice and tender. The carrot should go in first as it takes a lot of time to prepare it properly, and garlic and onions. After about 15 to 20 minutes, you’ll add squashed tomatoes (prior to this you’ll need to cook them and peel the tomatoes); once you add them, cook for about another 15 minutes. Add, gently, the tomato sauce for extra texture and taste. Cook until you have a thick sauce, pour it into a baking dish, and start cutting the other ingredients. You’ll need to cut the eggplants, tomatoes, peppers, and the beauty of the dish lies in its simplicity as you can add practically anything you want. Place them nicely into the baking oven, making the colorful Ratatouille pattern kids adore after the movie. Once all is settled, bake it for about 15 minutes and you’ll have an amazing dish.
Now the meat, as it is high in protein and rich in other essential nutrients. About 250 grams of the chicken breast should do it, for one serving. Take the breast and, as previously, preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit until the chicken is cooked through. The trick to making it nice and tender is the marinate in which you’ll leave the chicken the night before. Take some basil, oregano, olive oil, and garlic, or you could simply season the chicken with some black pepper, salt, and red paprika instead. Now, for the sauce, you’ll take coconut milk, cumin, some curry, and green powder and whisk it until it all forms a nice and thick cream. Green powder is the most important ingredient and has become wildly popular in recent years. It presents a dietary product, with all the veggies and fruits you need, and there is a vast category of greens powder supplements you can use in your day-to-day life, to boost your immune system, reduce bloating and make sure your body has the optimal nutrient intake. It is widely used in shakes and juices, it comes in the form of capsules and even dissolving tablets. It is dried and nicely crushed foods, mixed into a dissolving powder and goes practically with everything. You can use it in desserts, drinks, or in this case as the key ingredient of a delicious chicken sauce. Once you add a spoon or two of the powder, and it forms a nice thick sauce, put it aside until the chicken is nicely roasted in the oven. Take the chicken out, put it on a plate, add some of the juice from the baking dish, and cover it with the delicious sauce. Add some cheese on top, let it melt nicely, take a nice piece of the Ratatouille, and place it alongside the chicken on the plate.
The last addition to the whole meal would be the baked potatoes. For that, you’ll have to take around two to three potatoes, cut them up, peel them, and wash them. In a medium-sized bowl, you’ll have to add some oregano, pepper, maybe herbs, and some salt and olive oil. Put the potatoes in the bowl and let them soak up the flavors. Put them in the oven, as it is still hot, and let them bake nicely until done. Once the potatoes are done, put them on the plate with the rest and enjoy this delicious meal.
We highly recommend trying out chocolate-banana muffins for dessert, which are more than easy to make. Melt 200 grams of chocolate, put it in a mixer with two freshly peeled bananas, and mix until thick. Pour the content into the molds, and put it in the fridge until solid. It is easy to make and delicious. We also recommend making a nice green powder smoothie to drink along with this heavy meal, as it will boost your metabolism and make it even tastier. The smoothie should be simple enough: a scoop of a green powder, some coconut, almond, or soya milk. You can add some honey for the sweetness and bananas. Mix it all nicely and enjoy.

The meal is especially practical for those who do intermit fasting as it is, literary, a bomb when it comes to nutrients, vitamins, and all the essential ingredients needed.
