When it comes to garlic recipes, you can use the cloves of this spice either raw or cooked. When you wish to cook it, you can cut the cloves into smaller pieces. Add a little oil to a pan and add the small pieces of garlic cloves to the oil. Once they turn golden brown, add them to your dish as a topping. Otherwise, you can also add the cloves to any of your dishes when they are cooking right in the initial stage of cooking. In turn, the cloves will become soft and will enhance the flavor of your Chinese dish.
