Tips
- Use low heat to fry garlic to prevent burnt, because minced garlic is easy to be overcooking. Overcooked garlic has a bitter and burnt taste.
- Fry shrimp until medium well. When shrimp color changed, it means it‘s cooked outside. Not need to worry about inside, because you will cook it later.
