Tips

  1. Simmering for 1-2 hours to achieve a better result. It enables the ingredients in American ginseng and dendrobe fully penetrate in the soup.
  1. Add ginger slices to prevent fishy taste. Although cleaned abalones do not have too much fish taste, ginger slices to reduce bad taste.

Wash abalone and other ingredients. Place all ingredients in the pan.

Add water until cover all ingredients. Cover and bring to a boil. Turn to low heat to simmer for 15 minutes.
