Add some warm water to the glutinous rice powder. Make a dough. Knead into a long strip. Cut into small pieces. Make each piece into a small round ball.

Add water in the pot. Bring to a boil. Add osmanthus sugar, white sugar, and Goji. Pour into rice wine and small dough balls. Boil until the small dough balls float in the water. Serve.
