Tips
1. Use fresh shrimp to cook. If using frozen shrimp, you can skip step 2, which save a lot of time, but the seafood taste would be less.
2. Steam shrimp until medium well or medium done. Overcook makes shrimps too small to eat.

Wash and cut red pepper into slices. Wash and clean ginkgo nut. Cut the cucumber into slices. Wash shrimp and marinate with cooking wine for 20 minutes. |
