Braised Ginkgo Nuts  Flavour Shrimp

Tips

1. Use fresh shrimp to cook. If using frozen shrimp, you can skip step 2, which save a lot of time, but the seafood taste would be less.

2. Steam shrimp until medium well or medium done. Overcook makes shrimps too small to eat.

Wash and cut red pepper into slices. Wash and clean ginkgo nut. Cut the cucumber into slices. Wash shrimp and marinate with cooking wine for 20 minutes.

Steam marinated shrimp until well cooked. All to cool. Remove the shell and keep the meat.

Add oil and preheat the pot. Fry shrimp, gingko nut, onions, cucumber, red pepper.

Add salt, chicken powder, sesame oil, and stir-fry until mix well.

Mix cornstarch and water in a bowl. Pour into the pot. Boil until soup noticeably reduced. Serve.
