Tips
- Always use fresh chicken gizzards and clean it thoroughly. For chicken gizzards. spending more time on the cleaning process is normal because chicken gizzards contain a lot of sands and impurities.
- Use a pressure cooker to cook chicken gizzards. It makes gizzard soft and saves a lot of time.
