Ingredients
-
abalone
-
tomato sauce
-
oyster sauce
-
sugar
-
rapeseed flowers
-
garlic
-
onions
-
ginger
-
seasoned soy sauce for seafood
-
oil
Directions
Tips:
- Make sure clean abalones completely. otherwise the mud and sand bring fishy smell and taste.
- Never overcook the abalone, or it will be tough and has no juice. Turn off the heat as soon as the water is boiling. In doing so, the remaining heat can continue to cook abalones with no worries about overcooking.
- You can add other seasoning sauce if you like. We highly recommend use tomatoes sauce since it makes abalones more sweet with a little sour.
