Tips

1. Add oyster sauce to the sauce mixture if you like. Oyster sauce can add a little sweet taste to the dish.
2. Do not overcook the squid. Otherwise, squid becomes too small to each and has a tough taste. When the squid is slighted cooked, remove from hot water ASAP.
3. Add chili sauce if you like. Or you can add seasoned chili powder. Since red pepper cannot add too much hot taste, chili sauce or powder is a good option for spicy lover.
