Tips:
- Soak the glutinous rice until hands can crush it.
- Stirring meat with water can increase the viscosity so it can stick the glutinous rice. Therefore, spending more time when stirring the pork to make meatball taste softer and tender.
- Don’t forget to use a cloth liner when steam。 Otherwise the meatball will stick on the steamer and it is difficult to take out.

Wash the glutinous rice and soak in water overnight. Drain and put into a dish. |

Put minced pork into a bowl. Add water in more batches and stir in one direction. Add chopped green onion, ginger, and all seasonings. |
