Chinese Steam Pork Meatball Recipe

Tips:

  1. Soak the glutinous rice until hands can crush it.
  2. Stirring meat with water can increase the viscosity so it can stick the glutinous rice. Therefore, spending more time when stirring the pork to make meatball taste softer and tender.
  3. Don’t forget to use a cloth liner when steam。 Otherwise the meatball will stick on the steamer and it is difficult to take out.
