Peel, rinse and cut carrots into strips. Wash coriander and cut it into small pieces.

Put carrot strips into a bowl. Add salt to stir well and marinate for 10 minutes.

Then add bread crumbs, flour, sliced coriander, five-spice powder, cornstarch. Mix well to make the stuffing of carrot balls.
