Directions
Tips:
- You should chop carrots, mushroom, and other ingredients, instead of mince all ingredients. In this way, it improves tender feeling.
- Always use small shiitake mushroom, because it is easier for cooking and eating.
- You can use less oil if you desired. Less oil is good for our health.

Peel potato, carrots, water chestnuts. Wash and cut into pieces. Put all into a large bowl. Add chopped green onion, minced ginger, sugar, salt, chicken powder, and cornstarch. Mix well to make the stuffing. Let it sit for 15 minutes. |

Use another bowl, add oyster sauce, light soy sauce, sesame oil, white pepper. Mix a little water and mix well to make a sauce. |

Soak dried shiitake mushrooms in water. Remove stems, wash and fill with the stuffing. Place on the plate. |

Bring the steamer to a boil. Put the plate in the steamer. Steam for 20 minutes over high heat. |
