- Do not add too much soy sauce. The main salty taste is from the salt. Soy sauce is just a seasoning that color the dish and slightly enhances its flavor.

Wash shrimps, then drain and set aside. Wash and cut both green and red peppers into small slices. Peel garlic, then chop into small pieces. |
