    1. To make soybean soft, soak soybean at least 8 hours before cooking.

    2. If not use a pressure cooker, simmer for 2 hours to make this dish.

    Wash the soybean, soak in water overnight.

    Add soybean and aniseed into a pressure cooker. Simmer for 10 minutes.

    Remove the soybean to a skillet. Add red yeast rice, soy sauce, cooking wine, five-spice powder, and salt. Pour into the soybean soup. Bring to a boil until soup run out. Serve.
