Tips

1. Make sure clean the Hasma after soaking into the water. It prevents a bad taste of the soup.

2. Add more ginger slices to make soup taste better.

3. You can season with chicken powder after stewing for a better aroma and taste.

Wash chicken, cut in half. Blanch into hot water until slightly cooked.

Snow Hasma into the water until expansion, remove dirt and clean. Wash and clean red dates and lotus seeds.

Add water to a stewpot. Then add all ingredients to the pot. Bring to a boil. Then use low heat to stew for 2 hours. Season with salt. Serve.
