Kitchen Tips

1. Do not cook noodles too long. The noodles should be chewy and tender.

2. The key to this dish is to drain the water completely after blanching. So use a strainer to make sure discard excess water.

Peel fried peanuts and crush into small pieces.

Add water to a skillet. Bring to a boil. Blanch noodles until cooked.

Drain noodles and remove them to a bowl. Add soy sauce and mix well.

Add sesame oil, chili oil, chicken powder, and salt into the bowl, mix well. Top with fried peanuts, bean sprouts, chopped green onion. Enjoy!
