Tips

1. The number of ingredients can make two serves of fruit tea. Adjust the amount based on your needs.

2. The hot water should be almost 100 ℃. After adding ice cubes, it enables condensed and evaporated milk melt and mix well.

3. To have a better taste, serve with fruit, honey, syrup or creamy cheese top.

Add 700g hot water to the pot.

Stir in 35g matcha powder and keep stirring slowly.

Stir in 500g ice cubes. Stir clockwise until all ice cubes melt.

Add 100g condensed milk, 400g evaporated milk and 450g fresh milk into the matcha. Keep stirring until mix well.

Serve with fruit sugar or syrup. Or serve as the tea base for various matcha fruit tea.
