Oyster Flavour Pork Soup Recipe

Wash pork, cut them into large pieces. Blanch until slightly cooked.

Soak dried oyster until soft. Soak white fungus into the water, then tear into small pieces. Soak dried tangerine peel to make it soft.

Add water to a pot. Bring to a boil. Add all ingredients into the pot. Cover and simmer over low heat for 2 hours. Add chicken powder and salt for seasoning. Serve.
