Tips

1. Frying crap fish until golden brown can remove fishy smell and make soup white. But make sure drain excess oil before simmering.

2. If you like spicy flavor, add a tablespoon of white pepper. If make the soup full of peppercorn fragrance.

Peel and core the pawpaw. Wash and cut into pieces. Wash and clean peanuts.

Wash grass carp fishtail. Fry the carp fishtail with peanut oil and sliced ginger. Fry until golden brown.

Add water to a pot, cook until boiled. Add all ingredients and simmer over low heat for 60 minutes.  Add salt for seasoning. Serve.
