Tips

1. Wash pork tenderloin until clean, so that you don’t need to add extra ginger slices to remove the bad taste.

2. Add conpoy if you like a seafood flavor. Dried conpoy has no fishy flavor, so no need to worry about the taste.

Wash pork tenderloin and cut into thick slices. Blanch into boiling water until cooked.

Soak conpoy into water until soft. Wash and clean cordyceps flower.

Add water to a pot. Add pork tenderloin slice, conpoy, cordyceps flowers and simmer over small heat. Cook for 2 hours. Add salt and chicken powder for seasoning. Serve.
