Red Bean and Peanut Quail Soup Recipe

Tips

1. No need to add chicken powder if you prefer more original quail soup taste.

2. Although the red dates have health benefits, do not add too much, otherwise, the soup is too sweet.

Remove quail’s hair and organs. Wash and clean. Blanch into boiling water until cooked.

Soak red beans and peanuts into the water for 30 minutes. Wash and clean red dates and honey dates.

Add water to a pot, then add all ingredients. Bring to a boil over high heat. Then switch to small heat and simmer for 2 hours. season with salt and chicken powder. Serve.
