2. You can use a pressure cooker to save cooking time. And a pressure cooker can make pork trotter softener.

Wash and cut pork trotter into small pieces. Blanch into boiling water until cooked.

Soak seaweed and kelp into the water in advance. Wash and clean dried Rehmannia root.

Add water to a pot. Bring to a boil. Then add all ingredients into the pot and simmer over 2 hours. Add salt for seasoning. Serve.
