For another flavor, you can store the pudding in the fridge until frozen. The taste and mouthfeel is different but both of them are delicious.

Put Mary biscuits into a food processor. Blend into small pieces.

Whip the cream for 6 minutes, then add condensed milk. Continue to whip for 8 minutes. Put into a piping bag.

Use a glass cup, wipe out the water. Squeeze into a layer of cream and wipe to flat. Then add a layer of Mary biscuit and pressure to flat. Repeat the process to add a layer of Mary biscuit and whipped cream by turns. Add until the cup is full. Make sure the uppermost layer is Marie biscuit.

Store the cup in a fridge for 2 hours for chilling. Serve.
