Sesame Paste Glutinous Rice Roll Recipe

Tips

1. When mixing the glutinous rice powder, use a rolling pin to stir from 1 direction. In this way, the powder can be mixed evenly.

2. Do not add too much water into sesame paste. You can adjust the thickness by controlling the amount of water.

Add glutinous rice powder, cornstarch, milk, and water into a bowl. Mix into a paste.

Place a layer of cheesecloth on the steamer. Pour into the paste mixture.

Use high heat to steam until cooked, about 6 minutes. Remove it to a work surface.
