Tips
1. It is easy to overcook the shrimp. Add other ingredients as soon as the shrimp color changed.
2. Do not add too much water in Step3. The purpose of adding water is to mix well all seasoning and make dish juicy.

Wash shrimp. Dice green pepper and red pepper into small pieces. Slice cucumber and carrot. |

Add oil and preheat the pot. Stir-fry shrimp until medium well. Add green peppers and red peppers, walnut to fry until almost done. |
