Steamed Tofu With Fresh Shrimp And Cuttlefish

Tips:

1. In step7, put in the steamer after water is boiling. It reduces the steaming time to keep ingredients fresh and tender.
2. The steaming time should between 15-20 minutes to make sure all ingredients are cooked.
3. Do not cut Tofu into small cubes. Otherwise, it is hard to stuff with the minced cuttlefish and shrimp.
