Sweet Potato Sugar Water Recipe

1. You can replace rock sugar with brown sugar or sweet sugar. But rock sugar has the best taste.

2 To make the mouth feel soft, soak sweet potato in water before stewing.

Wash sweet potato, peel and cut into small pieces. Wash and slice ginger into pieces.

Soak sweet potato into the water soak for 1 hour. Change the water at least 3 times. Remove from water and drain.

Add water to a stew pot. Add ginger slices. Bring to a boil. Add sweet potato and rock sugar. Stew over small heat for 10-15 minutes. Serve.
