Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
4 chicken breast skinned and boned
2 egg white
2 tbsp cornstarch
sauce
1 tbsp barbecue sauce
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
2 sliced ginger
3 green onions chopped
1 dry red peppers sliced
2 tbsp cooking wine
1/2 green pepper sliced
4 carrots cut into thin strips

This recipe is quick and easy, you can cook the chicken and vegetables and have the plate served in 10 minutes. The seasonings are whatever you want to add and then add some Szechuan spice to give it the authentic Szechuan flavour

This dish is the essence of Chinese cuisine. Even though it is simple, fast and easy, you can have the taste of authentic Chinese cuisine. You can adjust the seasoning if you like. No matter you like spicy, hot or sweet (add white sugar), you can always make a  yummy taste you like.

Partially freeze chicken breasts. Cut into strips and mix with sauce ingredients and set aside.

In another bowl mix together egg whites and cornstarch.

Coat chicken in cornstarch mixture.
Put oil on. Heat wok and fry chicken strips until they turn white, add 1 tablespoon oil to wok, add vegetables and stir-fry for about 30 seconds, then sauce to vegetables, add chicken when boiling and stir-fry for about 1-2 minutes. Serve and enjoy with rice!
