Fully mix glutinous rice flour, rice flour, and yeast. Stir and gradually add water. Knead the dough. Wrap with plastic film to fermentation for about 30 minutes. |

Sperate the dough into small doughs. And then round, press to flat and stuff with red bean paste. Gently press again to make a small round cake. |

Add oil and preheat the pot. Fry small round cakes until cooked. Remove and drain oil. |
